You can go to these worthless window dressing PIAC meetings and suggest all the neighborhood projects you want. Lots of facilitating and dialoguging and identifying stakeholders.
But the money to repair streets and sidewalks in neighborhoods is all pretty much spoken for.
And you'll be able to ride on where it all went for free. To pretty much nowhere.
