What Dead Tree Media doesn't say is AT LEAST CLAY'S PLAN HAS VOTER SIGNATURE SUPPORT . . . "Kansas City officials are preparing ballot language to deal with Clay Chastain’s latest light rail crusade. A judge will ultimately approve a transit tax proposal intended to appear on the November ballot, where it might compete with the city’s own streetcar tax plan.

The missing ballot proposal is the most important one, wherein the voters get to decide how soon Slie and the Clowncil are gathered up and tossed off a tall building in downtown KC.
