Only in the U.S. is it broken down to political divisions. Kills me you listen to talking heads like Rush Limbaugh and not scientists. Did you happen to catch the former head of the EPA (a Republican, can't remember his name)? He served for Nixon, Reagan, and both Bushs'. He agrees it's happening. No volcanic activity ever belched a mousefarts' worth of CO2 into the atmosphere until we started to burn coal and other fossil fuels.
Not once did a swamp produce any gaseous discharge from decaying matter until the "little people" got their hands on one of Henry Fords' Model T's.
No hooved ruminant animal ever let fly with flatulence until mankind started to eat them.
If we aren't careful (and taxed/regulated to death by government) we will choke all trees to death with CO2!
Not once in the history of earth did ice form and glaciate large areas of the planet, nor did that imaginary glaciation ever recede. In fact, ice never melted (or formed) until BBQ grills caused an Ice Age, errr...Global Warming, errr...Climate Change, errr...(Insert The Latest Globalist Plot To Enslave The People)

Some of these ignorant comments are hilarious. The aquifer level is an actual measurable thing. It does not re-charge nearly at the rate it used to. This is an undeniable fact. Certain people want to drag the climate change argument into this (which may or may not have something to do with it, depending on your opinion) but this is about the level of the aquifer. It is undeniably drying up. Look at the facts. I guess the farmers out there are hoping it lasts their lifetime and screw the rest of the people.
