We noticed Mayor Sly James get "combative and angry" in Brookside when neighbors told him NO on his toy train streetcar scheme. Now it seems his friendly and affable public persona has disappeared in a more crucial setting.

Mayor sly is a bully way out of his league. These "because I said so!!" tactics may have worked in his law office, but out here we just don't give a damn who he thinks he is.
Well now, this bully is making John Sharp look downright handsome. Too bad Circo still looks neutered.
So far Sly's been nothing but big talk, but now as the public becomes more aware of the arrogance, insider deals, the outright lies, and the massive spending, the wheels are coming off the caliope.
