Seriously, those tacos are so good. The grease just rolls out of them down your arms. You go over to the stand and mix 1/2 hot sauce with 1/2 medium (I am full blooded Norwegian, that plenty hot for me.) sauce, grab some Jalepenos (They are not THAT hot, and have a great taste.) and you are having a Mexican nirvana.
