If Gunnar plans to make a political career in KC he'll concentrate on Hale Cook and distance himself from the streetcar.

ReplyDeleteAbout the last thing in the world KC needs is yet another unaccomplished nobody who is interested in a "political career". You end up with a bunch of people laying at managing the city, even though most of them couldn't run a lemonade stand, promising every little group that they'll get "their fair share", and racing from meeeting to meeting confusing activities with results.

And the results are all to obvious.
