They ought to do the same thing that they did in that eye-sore neighborhood all over the city. Take care of your property people. Letting your property run down is not "liberty."

I have seen knit pickers in the God Damn baloney neighbourhood associations go after people just to show them who us boss or who they could bully while they themselves could be picked at for code violations.
