Tennessee BBQ is bullshit. They use that crappy vinegary sauce damn near everywhere and think shredding pork is BBQing. I've had better mule piss than anything they are making in Memphis. Damn I can see where Texas could give us a run for the money with the sweeter ribs and lots of beef, but Tennessee? This is what happens when you start considering gay marriage, Fred Phelps curses your BBQ from the grave.
