Throughout local social media I've been seeing "adopt this adorable, well behaved puppy . . . "Or else" . . .
And now I know why . . .
The KC Pet Project needs your help. Kansas City's "no kill" animal shelter is at capacity and it's calling on the community to help find new homes for hundreds of dogs and cats available for adoption.
Still, it's a perfect time to find a companion that will be loyal and true until somebody else feeds it . . . Dogs are nice too.

In all seriousness, adopt a dog or cat...they are good pets and deserve better than a cage and/or death because some douche bag, worthless fuck was a shitty person and didn't take care of them.
Added bonus. They can be trained to alert you of a "hood-rat" in the immediate vicinity.
Aren't most of the dogs available from this organization pit bulls?
ReplyDeleteI believe the city is going to allow KCPD to use these dogs for target practice so next time they do a swat style raid the dogs get off'd twice as fast.
