AP: "A Lawrence Republican is challenging incumbent Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, saying he wants to restore sanity to the office. Scott Morgan announced Wednesday he was filing for the race. His background includes working for former Kansas Republican senators Bob Dole and Nancy Kassebaum."
