ReplyDeleteI gave'em mine. raze the thing. and the abandoned kmart property too. start over. keep the theater if enough people clamor for it, but that sign has got to go. old and dated. almost eyesore quality now.
ReplyDeleteNo one listens to a business (the theaters) that doesn't have a committed group of at least 2.500 people who show up, write letters and dominate the conversation.

Give the developers time and it will look just like Indian Springs, Metro North, Bannister Mall, the Great Mall in Olathe and that "landfill" in Mission.
