"A man is accused of trying to mow down two police officers after stealing taquitos from a Kansas City area convenience store, according to court documents.
Christopher S. Kirby, 27, of Liberty, faces two felony counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and a felony count of resisting arrest. According to court documents, Kirby had an open container of alcohol, and items typically used as drug paraphernalia were found in Kirby's vehicle when he was arrested."
On the bright side, this bit of news reminds us that white superiority is a myth . . .

Judge Sandra Midkiff was the judge.
Case 0916-CV31414 dealing with fraud & unlawful detainer.
Suppenbachs complained Due Process not given.
Everyone's heard about Ameriquest being crooks & subprime loans, probally happened here too.
The filings alleged Sandra Midkiff & Benjamin Struby were acting as pirates in the performance of seizing property. They filed a motion to set aside the judgement.
People request trials and it never happens, they know the truth will come out.
Midkiff & her husband Albert Reider allegedly had some questionable property that was in the 5th district from that failed CDC. Amazing how these things work...
These governors are appointing folks that ain't right to the bench.
Allegedly, There is no intergrity and appears that the judges & attorneys make deals against homeowners.
The governor also signed a funky laws to aid the crooks in getting folks homes and this evil as hell.
All these foreclosure attorneys allegedly participate in fraud to get homes from Robo signed documents to falsifying information.
This is a game to them & lots of money $$$$ being made.
