Newspaper notes this town boozy behind the wheel last night and most of the weekend: Kansas City police arrested 20 drivers for driving under the influence at a Main Street sobriety checkpoint late Friday night and early Saturday morning.

Every time I tried to read the highlighted portion of a TKC story that's in the fucking Star, they interrupt it, wanting you to join their horseshit paper. No way..

ReplyDeleteHow many officers were tied up on the misdemeanor traffic offenses for how long while the chief can't figure out how to reduce violent crime? Seems to me we could commission and train parking control to handle DUI checkpoints. Of course doing so would just wreck KCPD's arrest stats.
