Everybody Thinks Kim Anderson Will FAIL

SB Nation offers one of the few openly critical looks at a recent high-priced sports decision that earns typical polite Kansas City silence: Missouri is swinging big with the hiring of Kim Anderson

If by fail you mean earning a bunch of money and someday being hired elsewhere for more money...

Missouri Basketball the LA Clippers of the SEC......nothing here

Most winning college basketball programs are only minor league NBA teams with all the profits going to the coach. If Anderson can make Mizzou a little less like that then I will consider him a success.

Name the years that Norm Stewart took Missouri to the Final Four?

My point exactly.

Same number as Quin Snyder, Mike Anderson and Haith. But at least with Norm you weren't embarrassed by scandals, the players actually cared about winning and there were a lot of big wins. Somehow starting five 2015 NBA draft choices that never even go to class isn't college basketball, its just minor league pro ball.

Word has it that the Missouri State Legislature is introducing a bill to make it illegal for anyone to enforce NCAA rules at a college sporting event. ...just cause they can....

Look, he can't be any worse than Haith. If he can get in-state recruiting turned around, then he will be better than the last few coaches. The Grandview kid out at Colorado is a prime example.
Hope Kim goes after Peeler as an assistant. Local kid with a 9 year NBA career is good street cred in AAU circles.

Peeler had a 14 year career in the nba. 8k points, 2k rebounds, 2k assists. 1st rd draft pick, 2nd team all american.
Currently an assistant at Virginia Union.
