"This afternoon in Wyandotte County District Court Christopher B. Stewart, Black Male, DOB: 05-02-85, waived preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial on charges of First Degree (felony) Murder, Eluding a Police Officer, and Interference with a Law Enforcement Officer.
"He is charged in the February 17, 2014, death of Graciela E. Olivas, which occurred when Stewart wrecked into the victim’s vehicle while he was fleeing from police at the intersection of 34th Street and Shawnee Drive in Kansas City, Kansas."
