AMID PRESSURE FROM KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS!!! JACKSON COUNTY LEGISLATOR BISHOP TINDALL CALLS IT QUITS!!!

Jackson County Legislator and convicted felon Bishop James Tindall is quitting his reelection race.

TKC readers already knew . . .

He was facing election challengers . . .

The Missouri secretary of state had kicked his case back to mean jean . . .

And this blog was the FIRST TO SHOW the lawsuit to get him out . . .

Official word from the county AND an opportunity for more fun in the fight for this seat . . .

"The incumbent candidate (Tindall) for the 2nd Jackson County Legislative District has withdrawn his declaration of candidacy for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. According to the Missouri Election Laws, Section 115.361, "Filing to be reopened, when. . . if a candidate for nomination to office in which the candidate is the incumbent or the only candidate dies, withdraws as provided in subsection 1 or 2 of section 115.359, . . . and at or before 5:00 p.m. on the eighth Tuesday prior to any primary election, . . . filing for the office or position shall be reopened for a period of five working days, excluding holidays and weekends, following the withdrawal, . . . during which period new candidates may file declarations of candidacy."

Never should have been in office in the first place.

3:23 PM Tony has never had the brains to figure out how to find the PDF list of candidates on the Jackson County Clerks's web page.

Anonymous said...

The filing deadline will not be reopened (as Tony believes)because there is another candidate who has already filed.

I'm in!

We haven't heard the last of him. He'll keep on feeding at the trough with the rest of the "reverends", community activists and other assorted grifters. The taxes and fees the public pays is just free money to them.

Glad we got rid of this guy.

Bad rubbish.

Why didn't Sanders get rid of him when HE was the Prosecutor? Guess it takes a woman to REALLY do a man's job.

Jean didn't get rid of him, don't give her any credit for this. She is too focused on her future aspirations to go after someone political. This means she doesn't have to make a decision to go after him---a decision that isn't at all hard to make, except for the spineless. Oh, yeah, Jean is spineless.

Tony, your whip-ass tipsters are feeding you several lines of BS here. One is that since there are already other candidates filed for this seat, it's over. No re-opening for filings.

Meebo said...

Nobody cares about a new opening for new candidates hot shot. We're all just gloating that this guy is going to have to get a new job.

Enjoy the ride!

Even though Tindall has withdrawn Crazy Jean will still work to have Tindall removed from office in order to appeal to rural white voters as she plans a run for statewide office. State Treasurer Jean?

Again, I'd like to know exactly what pension numbers are for this jerk. How much will he draw monthly now???? Does anyone know, does anyone care??

Anonymous said...

what is going to happen to all of his people that he has gotten jobs for will they go to?? Hope so

Pat McInerney is helping Tindall? The same Pat McInerney who is also on the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners? Is this ethical? They just don't stop.

Anonymous said...

7:22PM McInerney an attorney by profession. His voluntary role on the Police Commission does not preclude him from gainful employment. Nor should it.

forcing Bishop to resign has Moreno all over it

O
Polar bear, not "a army" you poorly educated fool.

Glad Tindall is leaving political office. He should be forced to leave now, not at the end of his illegal term. Perhaps Tindall's new friend, Patty Mansur, can get her husband's boss, Jean Baker, to keep her head in the sand. Baker is also a fool.
Hope Nunnelly is smart enough to exit the building before any Combat audit is conducted. Combat is in Mike Sanders' office..... Hard for him to distance himself from the inner workings of Combat. Perhaps the State Auditor would like to take a whack at Combat funds.
