TKC EXCLUSIVE AND BREAKING NEWS!!! UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS SEXUAL HARASSMENT VICTIM TALKS TO TKC!!!

Previously, we profiled a protestor taking to the streets in order to protest a KU prof.

Now . . .

CHECK THIS EXCLUSIVE TESTIMONY AND DOCUMENTATION OF A ROCK CHALK DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT!!!

The message sent our way . . .

"On February 14, 2014 you posted a photo of a girl protesting on KU's campus against a professor who sexually harassed her. I am that girl and my story is true. KU swept it under the rug, blamed me for what Dr. Stevens did to me, and had continually put all of the responsibility on me, as a student with a disability, instead of in it's rightful place: on him as the professor. They repeatedly say contradicting things like "friendships aren't illegal" "nothing sexual happened" and "it was wanted". I want to share the letter I received from KU General Counsel that repeatedly blames me even though they say they aren't. KU is refusing to do anything about many reports of sexual violence. I have spoken to other survivors who say KU didn't believe them. It is how KU is protecting it's image. Sexual violence on campus won't change unless KU holds people accountable. I have attached photos of the letter I received to show what KU will do to keep someone quiet."

Now you decide . . .

LIKE IT OR NOT, THIS ALLEGATION OF UNIVERSITY SEX ASSAULT IS IMPORTANT GIVEN THE ONGOING CLAIMS OF A VICTIM WHO FEELS LIKE ROCK CHALK ADMINISTRATORS ARE WORKING AGAINST HER!!!

In the last line of the letter they tell her to stop talking about it which usually never makes anything better.

Again, this is a well-documented allegation and something that allegedly happens all the time @ KU.

  1. Is it sexual assault to stare at booies? Oh shit I assaulted a lot of women and perhaps one guy yesterday. The best part of her was "talking to survivors". For crying out loud he may or may not have stared at her boobs.

  7. I'm embarrassed that this student doesn't know it's from its. I'm also embarrassed that my alma mater's faculty keep showing up in the news for the wrong reasons. Quit staring at this poor woman's tits and teach her how to write!

  10. I hate being sexuallu assaulted by women they are always staring at my ass and at my penis area. You don't see men doing that shit. Gee I fucking wonder why.

  11. While I appreciate the literary smackdown by the KU General Counsel it would have shown some corpuscles to sign the letter. (She can't make a Kansas Bar Ethics complaint against him since he didn't write the letter)

  12. Wow, KU will do anything to push a problem under the rug. Sexual harassment and sexual assault are serious problems on college campuses. Instead of taking it seriously, the blame her and call her a liar- and then they say that this is an "objective" analysis of the situation. Bringing up the mental health records is a common tactic used to scare complainants. That letter was threatening and ridiculous.

  13. This is no "smack down", it's merely an attempt to keep people from finding out about their indiscretions. People who protect Dr. Stevens and KU and blame that girl, know nothing about what she experienced. People are always spewing bulls**t on matters they know nothing about, while claiming they have enough information, especially at KU. That's rape culture at its finest.

  14. Times sure have changed. When I was a student at KU all the single nurses talked about was landing a doctor. A few married ones even made it known they would do a certain trauma doctor if given the chance.

Me thinks there is more to this story as in maybe a doctor who said sorry your not cute enough for me.

  15. Crazy people always object to other people bringing up their mental health records.

  16. The problem with sexual attraction is the bitch is always more trouble than she is worth. Put the shoe on the other foot and suddenly it becomes laughable.

  17. This is typical of the university's response to these kinds of issues. Recall the Emil Tonkovich affaiar where the university buried complainst against him for sexual harrassment until the woman showed up, lawyer in hand. Then the university dumped Tonkovich as fast as they could to make it go away. This gal nees to get an attorney and sue the bastards, nothing else works over there.

  18. Why libel this man and not bother to get the other side of the story Tony?

Sure looks like the matter was investigated by an independent board and she didn't like the decision so like any spoiled BPD brat she takes to the street and begins to libel.

  19. Based on the person holding the sign, it appears Dr. Stevens isn't too picky.

  20. Rape Culture?

That doesn't even make sense. You are trying to say that among the most liberal, whiny, PC group of people in the world- college professors- that they have a culture that encourages rape?

You don't really think things all the way through, do you? (just like a woman)

  21. Tony did give both sides of the story. He posted her picture.

  22. Would you please define "rape culture?" These days even ugly guys who like women can get all the hookups they want. Who needs to rape anyone? Methinks thou doth protest too much. Or find the men you know not inclined toward crazy.
