THE KANSAS CITY GOP CONVENTION 2016 BID RISKS STARTING A DANGEROUS UNDERGROUND CRIME WAR IN ORDER TO CATER TO THE NEEDS OF SWANKY AND SLEAZY REPUBLICAN CROWD VERY MUCH LIKE WHAT HAPPENED IN 1976!!!
Allow me to explain what TOP ECHELON TKC TIPSTERS have revealed to us . . .
The basic selling point of Kansas City as a nice heartland destination that's free from corruption and vice is simply a lie. Even worse, the Norman Rockwell-esque marketing strategy that Kansas City politicos are trying to play up has NEVER been a reality for this town.
Sure, Kansas City likes to invoke the legacy of Ronald Reagan but that COMPLETELY overlooks the circumstances of Kansas City's GOP Convention in 1976.
Just a brief overview and explanation . . .
Very much like today, 1976 Kansas City was financially struggling but still host to several "hotspots" that not only proved to be valuable profit centers but also points of conflict.
The lead up to the '76 convention featured an underground struggle for control of "The River Quay" and the prostitution, illegal gambling, loan sharking and all kinds of illicit activity the area featured.
Kansas City Insiders remind us that part of the tension that would inevitably spark so much violence in the cowtown gangland conflict was due to the GOP Convention and a fight for control of vice that would be provided to high-ranking Republican guests.
Read between the lines of this headline:
"July 22, 1976: David Bonadonna, 61, a Kansas City, Mo., businessman, fatally shot and found in his car trunk there. His murder was one of several unsolved mob-related slayings that year in an apparent mob attempt to infiltrate nightclubs featuring go-go girls."

Now here's where it gets fun . . .
Back in those days, crime bosses didn't screw around and they put everyone on notice that a power struggle was in play and people were going to have to pick sides. Clearly things got really tense and the level of violence ramped up as the '76 Kansas City GOP Convention approached.
Just to show you that TKC isn't just regurgitating pulp mag material . . . Kansas City Insiders shared a behind the scenes insight and told of a meeting betwixt crime bosses during this epoch and a Westside elected leader wherein the threat "We're not going to let anybody, not even a Councilman get in our way" still resonates . . . Fun Fact: Bobby Hernandez has a nice bronze tan but we hear that he turned a whiter shade of pale for weeks after that sit down.
And so . . .
Like all fights among criminals, the fight over the River Quay quickly escalated out of control, led to several murders and by the time it was all over the conflict led to tragic devastation.
Of course there will always be a great deal of disagreement over the deets of any underground crime battle but very few people will argue that catering to the vice that surrounded the '76 GOP convention didn't play an important role in the fighting.
And that brings us to present day.
Of course we can all pretend that Republicans don't like hookers, drugs and illicit good times just as much as everybody else but mainstream naïveté won't thwart the money-making schemes of Kansas City's criminal class that includes more people than most would dare realize.
Already, we've noted that there's serious concern and maybe an upcoming power move regarding the supply/demand for high-class escorts.
Even worse . . . Kansas City crime isn't as organized as it was back in '76. The local players are now drug syndicates, a few Russians, hip-hop wannabees, Nazi gangs (meth suppliers) and an assorted cadres of just about every knucklehead in the 4 state area with access to a car and pocket change for gas.

Unlike in the movies or Tony's artwork, you shoot the victim BEFORE you put them n the trunk because you do not get time to close the trunk if a hot .45 slug pierces the gas tank after travelling through the victim and the bottom of the trunk. Remember this is the process: You cut off your choice of appendages fitting the offense until the victim begs to be shot, you shoot them, THEN you put them in the trunk. ReplyDeleteBreaking News just in: at approximately 2:15 pm today the Polar Bear was mortally wounded by a band of scavenger negros while golfing with freinds at Swoope Park Golf Links.
ReplyDeleteAfter the attack on the Polar Bear the negros were seen at the Aldi on Troost collecting their bounty from someone that looked a lot like Alonzo. He was with a rotund Mexican hipster looking guy drinking coffee, wearing a beanie, in a dark colored sedan.
When wheeled into the emergency room, the Polar Bear did not look good. His condition was listed as grave. The Polar Bear ask his son, Son of Polar Bear, to carry on his tradition of "calling a spade a spade" in his absence.
Security was heavy around the hospital as several of the bears associates were quite upset and were seen with automatic weapons and grenade launchers. Word on the street was they are looking for revenge and headed for the Troost Aldi.
