KCMO Solar Powered City Market!!!

KC Infozine: "The City of Kansas City, MO, is partnering with Kansas City Power & Light and Mark One Electric to install solar panels on the east side of the City Market, one of the largest public farmers markets in the Midwest."

Given this areas hail storm history, this will not end well. Safelight doesn't run all those commercials for nothing.

It never matters how things actually turn out in KCMO.
What's important are the announcements, ribbon-cuttings, receptions, balloon launches, and opportunities for the swells to congratulate one another and tell each other what a great job they're doing.
And if you think this will be a bust, wait for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the streetcar.
World class.

Most of the veggies at that market are bought from the same wholesaler. Very few real farmers bring produce. Enjoy.

Farmers (not) Market, weed-heads will be there next couple of weeks selling shrums, and showing off their snake bites.
