It is much easier to do in MO. When I lived in Brookside, I voted for the absolute weakest candidate in the Democrat primary. I think I voted for Carol Coe when she tried for Rep. The one time I went to the poll and asked for a GOP ballot, I heard whispers, "can he do that? Is that allowed." Then they blew the dust off a stack of ballots and said, ok moron here it is.
