KCTV5: A youth has been charged in Jackson County Juvenile Court in connection with last week's violence at the Kansas City Zoo.
No word if this is a gun charge or something less serious that might qualify for an even more tame slap on the wrist before Kansas City Summer flash mob season really gets in full swing.
