Very hard to grasp why the MO legislative Republicans would rather wreck their own constituents that expand when they know damn well the Feds are paying the bill anyway. All they are doing is refusing to give Missourians the same coverage other states provide without any real tax burden to anyone. As it stands we pay for the other states and don't get shit.
