KANSAS CITY NORTHLAND FEARS THE TRAGIC CITY HALL DOGGIE PET CEMETERY!!!

Recently, here's another shocking example of Kansas City animal cruelty and worker incompetence.

Check it:

KCTV5: Two longtime members of Kansas City's Public Works Department are accused of dumping dead dogs rather than having properly disposed of the carcasses.

KSHB: City workers dumped bodies of dogs in Northland

KMBC: Two Kansas City workers face disciplinary action after dumping the bodies of some dogs they were supposed to take to be cremated.

Sadly, this is one corner cut by City Employees might be a hint that Citizen Satisfaction numbers recently touted by Mayor and Council are mostly propaganda put forth to avoid frightening people over the fact that a doggie mass grave and ghost of regularly scheduled bulky item pickup are really what's confronting residents.

Developing . . .

Fire them. Today! Before coffee.

Not a chance!
There aren't any standards of performance, honesty, or behavior at the very top of KCMO government. Why should this kind of thing down the ranks surprise anyone?
World class.

Simply amazing. Disciplinary action! If that was John Q Citizen they would be arrested and taken to jail. City Worker "faces" disciplinary action. Bullshit!

If only the City would be as aggressive investigating, pursuing and speaking candidly about the more egregious offenses from those higher up on the org chart.

Don't be fooled. This is simply a diversion.

While what these two did is wrong and deserving of some harsh consequences, they are merely whipping boys in an attempt to give the appearance City officials closely manage City services and employees, and to divert attention away the wrongdoing and poor management of more senior City Hall officials. Which are many.

Agree with the above comments concerning "disciplinary action" forthcoming......if these "long-time city employees" aren't fired with cause over this it will be ridiculous!!

If it were anyone else dumping then they would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, but no, these long time city employees have not been arrested and it state they might loose their jobs. F*cking low life city leaders. We have folks that live in this city who would give anything for a job with pay and benefits and would take pride and give passion for the opportunity. The citizens of KC should rise and get rid of those in elected office who do not serve us.

Again KC government proves again it can not meet the same standards it demands from it's citizens
