Mayor Sly James was more than a just a bit "surprised" to note resistance and outrage toward his policies last year during his State Of The City Speech.
This year the event is mostly private, out in the stix with a lot of canned questions from kids.
This RSVP card from Mayor Sly James blasted out on his twitter reveals Kansas City leadership substituting tech and public relations stunts with real community engagement.
"with the future leaders of this city". Couldn't be a clearer statement about how he feels about the children south of the river.
