LAST NIGHT SHOTS FIRED IN KANSAS CITY RESULTED IN A DEATH INVESTIGATION!!!
Report:
"Shortly before 11 PM last night, KCPD officers were dispatched to 823 North Kansas on a reported shots fired in the residence. When the officers arrived they located a male inside the residence deceased from an apparent gun shot injury. The investigation at the scene is still ongoing."
UNOFFICIALLY, this marks Kansas City homicide #13 compared with around 19 at this time last year.

If you can count the nacisistic Mayor, clueless City Manager, and the star struck administrators... sure enough these clowns are waaaay over the age of 18; but maturity, competence, professionalism and good faith are something altogether different.
These projects aren't even glamorous. They're just big money project. Money consumes those who don't have any. There are no millionaires coming out City Hall, they only go there to get the things they need from the City. City Hall's motto is "if you can't beat them, join them."
I love it when it is cold and snowy or cold and rainy because the trouble makers in my neighborhood stay inside. When it was nice yesterday, there they were standing en mass in the middle of the street doing nothing all day long.
