"The City of Kansas City, Mo., 311 Call Center closed at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 4, due to inclement weather. Phone calls made to 311 after 2 p.m. today will be rerouted to the after-hours dispatcher (TKC NOTE: MOST TKC TIPSTERS ARE REPORTING 2 HOUR WAIT TIMES). The City requests that residents only call 311 after 2 p.m. if they need an essential City service."
Again, the point here is that Kansas City has cash to spend on toy trains and Spanish junket but this town's can't even manage to maintain a simple help line and it has only snowed not even a half foot as of this writing.
