Linda and Harvey Williams, in their spare time, are changing the direction of the “Just off Broadway Theatre” 3051 Central in Penn Valley Park. I am so proud of what they are doing there to cultivate young artists of all genres. From music to art, dance, spoken word and whatever draws artistic expression, Linda and Harvey are pumping new life into the once dead space."
