Revelation: Kansas 'Religious Choice Protection' For Refusal To Recognize Same-Sex Partners Or Provide Bennies

They're calling this "religious choice protection" and it may or may not violate the Supremacy Clause as the American culture war grows worse. AP: "A Kansas House committee has approved a bill aimed at protecting individuals, groups and businesses that refuse for religious reasons to recognize same-sex unions or provide benefits to gay couples."
