Over the past few days Kansas City has been dedicated to touting their snow victory on the city's front page.
Meanwhile the rest of the city is simply waiting for warmer weather in order to be able to safely navigate snow-packed neighborhood streets.
It's amazing the difference between what happens on the city's electronic presentations and reality.

Less "cutting-edge" technology and maybe a little more street repair and police work would most likely give residents a better return on their tax money.
