thats the city has such an ass hole reptration because of people like these that wear blinders and the person he talked to on the phone.where does the city find these idiots ?
ReplyDeleteApparently this wasn't a part of the vibrant arts renaissance in KC. He probably would have been better off tagging some alley in the Crossroads.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the $350,000 for the new arts intitiative in the city budget would help.
