ReplyDeleteNot sure there is a term for legally drunk. The original BAC for drunk driving was between .1 and .15. At any rate .21 is drunk.

ReplyDeleteThe BAC along with all the other laws he broke is what made it a good shooting. 8:06 nice try but as a fellow firefighter retired I have to say Bruno fucked up big time and paid the piper. Bruno was off duty so at that time he was John Q Public and required by law to act the same as any other person out and about on the street that night. Just being a firefighter on duty a few hours of the week does not grant you special rights to disobey the law.

It's so unfortunate for the firefighter's family, but he bears all the responsibility for the outcome!
