KANSAS CITY 3RD DISTRICT AT-LARGE COUNCIL CANDIDATE REV. STEPHAN GORDON ENCOURAGES COMMUNITY COOPERATION TO SOLVE TEEN FLASH MOB COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA PROBLEMS!!!

Here's some follow-up on a tragic situation that persists in Kansas City's premiere entertainment district and a potential solution from a 3rd District candidate . . .

From Rev. Gordon's campaign . . .

"Big ups to all the churches that planned activities for the next two weekends to keep kids off the Plaza. These churches are doing their part to help keep our children safe. Now I want to encourage the parents to join in and do their part by taking accountability in this matter.

When things get messy as they have been in the past, it quickly becomes a community problem. The best way to solve a community problem is for the community to come together and function on one accord. This issue is not fixed yet, so we all must stay on it because it won't go away on its own."

WHY HASN'T ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY EVER HEARD OF THIS GUY??? How can he talk about the community when he has NEVER done anything for the community???

I'm still not convinced he wasn't planted in this race. This is the exact type of riff raff the 3rd has had enuff of and Rea has to love the fact that he's in the race.

Still haven't found what church he is a Rev at. Do some diggin Tony before you give this joker a platform.

Bus the kids to downtown.

They'll feel right at home in CK's concrete jungle.

There's this press release from the reverend, and that's it:

http://pressreleases.kcstar.com/release/messages/60099/

Maybe someone should call him. According to the press release, his phone number is 816-824-0594.

And before you get your panties in a twist, Tony, the right reverend posted this information publicly. He WANTS people to get in contact with him -- so call him, T. You're the "journalist." So give us some proof he actually exists.

I'm calling b.s. on this also. I know most of the people who have been active in the 3rd district - the good and the bad. I've never seen this guy before at any meeting or event. And I can't find anyone who has.

Somebody put this idiot out to pasture. He's done.

Racist black people will vote for this guy just over young, Hispanic Rea because this guy is old, black and purports to be religious. Same ole shit.

I think churches have had enough time to fix thing and haven't yet. So maybe if we take away the tax free status of churches we can see an improvement in organizing?

Suit not purple, check.
Suit a classic navy color, check.
Conservative tie, check.
We'll give the vest a pass as brothers over 50 can get away with that stuff.

All in all this gentleman's resume far exceeds that of someone who resided over the largest school district collapse and de-accreditation in Missouri history (Rea).

Electing Rea will literally be telling everyone that district cares nothing for education and rewards doofs.

Maybe the church can get involved in teaching PARENTING skills. I mean, when I see and hear black adults saying the shit going on in the Plaza is just racism or black kids having fun, I realize this world is fucked.

Blacks believe they can sit on their asses and pray away the problems and when it doesn't happen the taxpayers will be there to give them a handout.
