Where is the itinerary of workshops and schedule for the time there? Or is it simply Ralph and Sherri wanting to spend some time on the beach in Spain on the taxpayer's dime.

Presumably, these people are paid good salaries. Why can't they pay their own ways? For the upper middle class, such a trip is affordable.
