But Daisy and her family have to move to a new place, at least for a couple of years, get an outstanding therapist, and begin the healing process for the whole family. No court decision can do that, not even if he were convicted of rape and sentenced for a very long time.

ReplyDeleteI'd say Mean Jean did what she could and based on the exposure this case has had she knew she had to do what was right by the laws as they are written. To do anything less would do severe damage to her career and I am sure she knows that.
This case and the Trevor Martin case is a perfect example of how when you try a case in the media and by the readers who does not have all the facts in the end could have tainted the case to the point that justice can't be had.
Now that we have seen the outcome I myself am disappointed some parents were not as well facing some charges of some sort.
With role models like Miley Cyrus this type of thing shouldn't be a problem right?
