KMBC: Kansas City Mayor Sly James said a petition drive to force a public vote before making major renovations to Kansas City International Airport is a wasted effort, at least right now.
Meanwhile . . . We're still wondering exactly how long it'll take to put this thing on the ballot . . . If at all . . . We'll check with Clay Chastain and get back to you.
