I'm not sure how much sympathy this claim will elicit in Riverside but it's an interesting tactic that many will claim is completely out of bounds . . . Just like a lot of the Bowe's catches.

And there are laws that make driving too fast illegal. And Bowe knew all of these restrictions existed, but did them anyway. Even when "everybody is watching him". And he got caught. But it is the police who are at fault for catching him, because they are prejudiced?

It's not like D Bowe is a rocket surgeon. This is in no way unexpected and is in fact a viable way to prevent penalties for his actions.
Really, blaming Bowe is illogical. America has elected, for the last 40 years, politicians who have enacted, approved of, endorsed and cast votes for legislation, social initiatives and laws which make D Bowe's actions, not only legal, but again, encouraged and endorsed.
D Bowe is just the end result of the entitlement culture and the votes and approval we as an electorate have endorsed and apporved. He would be an idiot and so would his lawyer, if they DIDN'T try to 2bd party the blame and obfuscate responsibility in a civil rights haze of bullshit.
When he's 40 and retired and broke and living in a cardboard box in the West Bottoms (the fate of 90% of current NFL millionaires), maybe then you assholes will have some sympathy for the guy.
