My bullshit meter is going off again. This is a trend that I find upsetting. If you can't convict a person under an existing State law you run out and create a new law to make whatever illegal. Literally a page full of bullshit ordinance that never actually defines what constitutes a violation so you end up convicting people that don't have the funds to challenge the vagueness of the ordinance. In the mean time we have drunken cops trying to beat the shit out of State Troopers, Drunken police administrators wrecking city owned vehicles, drunken city managers getting a pass and drunken cops being given a ride home when caught driving. Maybe we should enforce some of the legit laws we have and stop fucking with the tax payers who legally own guns and posses them in their own homes. BTW I believe state law clarifies that a police officer can not take a gun away from the legal owner in his own home unless he is there to arrest him.
I don't have a problem with locking up your ass if your drunk with a gun. I own about 15 guns and in the hands of a drunk....that's fucking scary. No issue with you getting your ass fined and 30 days in jail as long as it's not a felony. This seems logical to run it thru Municipal Court. Take it out of the house and you get slapped with a felony.
Simple solution if they are black bang, bang, they dead.
