Anton's on 16th & Main has the best steaks in town. It's no mystery.
Btw, Monday-Friday Happy Hour 4-6pm they got $2 Tacos. They make 'em just like El Camino Real does with better ingredients and a much better drink selection.
The Golden Ox can grill a good steak, because they dry age their steaks until the point the mold tenderizes things - but most of the time they don't get the temps right, and the rest of the sides just SUCK and the place is dirty.
