TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KANSAS CITY TOP ECHELON REAL ESTATE INSIDER OFFERS TOP 5 REASON FOR SPRINT EMPLOYEES TO PUT THEIR HOMES UP FOR SALE NOW!!!

It's common knowledge that like L.L. Cool J . . . Sprint is going back to Cali.

But that's just the Internets chatter that Dead Tree Media is trying to talk down . . .

Sprint reportedly planning to move HQ to California

Again . . . Dead Tree Media was quick to contradict on behalf of one of Kansas City's biggest corporate patrons.

Sprint denies report of possible headquarters move

We conducted an interview on this and more than the chatter of so-called experts and other paid shills . . . We heard what the smart money is doing.

To wit . . .

CHECK THIS TOP 5 FROM A TOP ECHELON TKC TIPSTERS OFFERING THE TOP 5 REASONS FOR SPRINT EMPLOYEES TO START SELLING THEIR HOUSE NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!

1. Corporations float these rumors for their own benefit and before they happen.

Sprint isn't schizophrenic . . . Talking to themselves through different media outlets is a common corporate strategy in order to completely control the media cycle and prepare workers for inevitable disappointment.

2. The Sprint Campus Is A Ghost Town

It's more than half empty and they're having a hard time giving away space . . . The shell of an old and busted tech biz isn't an anchor, it's an albatross.

3. There's No Reason For Japanese Execs To Take Another Plane To Flyover Country . . .

Sprint Already announced they're opening a Silicon Prairie center . . . Moving the HQ is just a matter of time.

4. Sprint Reassurances Never Hold Up . . .

Remember when they said they were going to stop laying people off?

5. The worst case scenario is soon to come to pass . . . As The Golden Ghetto becomes just a plain old Gringo Ghetto . . .

SPRINT HQ LEAVING OVERLAND PARK WILL CREATE AN EPIC REAL ESTATE GLUT THAT WILL TANK THE JOHNSON COUNTY HOUSING MARKET MAKING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SELL FOR A DECENT PRICE!!!

Our TKC real estate expert makes it plain . . .

"The best move is to sell now and then rent until you get a new job or make plans to move with the company. The last thing you want to do is play catch-up once the announcement finally happens."

Or . . .

The last remaining JoCo Telcom employees can believe corporate propaganda backed up by Dead Tree Media and count on the better angels of the biz world to keep their promises.

Good luck with that . . .

  1. Well, at least this is practical advice.

  2. Let's see, aging over-built and under-occupied corporate campus of the worst performing company in a crowded business sector that is owned by a foreign corporation. Yeah, sure they're going to stay. Just like Hoescht Marion Roussell did after being acquired by Sanofi. Took five years, but they did indeed move corporate headquarters to the convenient coast. Same will happen to Sprint, too. Just gotta wait for enough of those big ego boys, whose brainchild was the Sprint campus, to leave.

  3. This will work great. About the time all this residential real estate becomes available in Johnson County, the downtown millenials will have aged out and gotten bored with skinny jeans, artisenal cocktails, lattes, and growing organic arugula in the window boxes of their lofts, and will be looking for a yard for the kids to play in, safe neighborhoods, and good schools.
And the urban futurists and planners will have written brand new books with new theories and lots of buzz words and catch phrases and will be traveling around the country selling the NEXT BIG THING.
It's funny how reality and facts always seem to win out over rah rah and hype.
    All aboard!

  4. LOL, maybe they'll relocate to downtown KC so their employees can benefit from the streetcar.

Let's see what Russ Johnson has to say about it:

RT @russkc: No surprise here: @Sprint dead last in Consumer Reports' phone service survey #CantHearMeNow

Oh... way to be a diplomat.

  5. Once the facility becomes to spendy to own and operate, the new owners will perform a facility review to determine if, how and how much it will cost to make this thing fit the new Sprint.

Once they determine the facility is functionally obsolete, which they will, they will do a location study to determine where the new headquarters should be from an operational perspective. This is when the inconvenience to the Japanese executives caused from having to fly that extra 1/2 way across the country will come into play.

And they will decide, "California is the place you want to be" and they'll pack up their truck and move to Beverly.....Hills that is.....swimming pools, movie stars.

If Jed Clampitt can figure it out......

  6. Hey 7:04- will organic arugula REALLY grow in a window box? Or are you just sayin'......?

  7. FUCK SPRINT! Even Asia can't save their sorry asses. We just need to change the arena name to "Made in Japan" center.

  8. Tony your predictions this site are pretty reliable. As in, they're usually wrong and hyperbolic.

Remember this one? TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! LIKE IT OR NOT, RACIST KANSAS CITY VOTERS WILL DELIVER THE MAYORAL ELECTION TO MIKE BURKE!!!

Yeah. That prediction was golden. So is this one. Johnson County real estate is golden as long as Whitey keeps spawning.

You could probably write a book or start a companion website, http://badTKCpredictions.blogspot.com

  10. i went to school at the tiny jew school that was completely usurped by the sprint campus. it was stupid of jcc to sell that land to sprint. it used to be very pretty farmland. now joco is just a totally confused, fucked up place that thought the 1950s would last forever and the white upper middle class would forever reign. now its all major corporations like sprint and amc owned by asians, and the farmland across the street is some shittacular "urban" environment out on 115th and roe. I hope all this shit blows up in golden ghettos faces. they fucking deserve it.

  15. 11:53- yeah, there are pockets of Roeland Park, Mission, Merriam, Shawnee, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, even Westwood, Fairway, Prairie Village and Leawood (gasp!!) where the homes and neighborhoods from post WWII to 1970's are quite worn and neglected. Look at the increase in free/reduced lunch recipients in Shawnee Mission School District and you'll see exactly where the decay has gained a foothold and continues to grow. SMH

Tony is going to invent an App that uses GPS to tell you where the nearest store selling pornography is and he is going to make a million dollars and buy some of that cheap realestate in JOCO. I believe in you Tony. Just don't invest any money with a guy named Bernie.

  19. When you let the Neo Nazis march downtown it's going to cost you. The Japanese and Chinese don't take this racism to lightly.

  20. Overland Park has destroyed themselves with all these new subdivisions with HOAs. The jig is up with HOAs. Everybody knows now what a living hell they are. People are learning when they buy into one they are signing away their US Constitutional Rights, becoming business partners in a non-profit corporation with all their idiot neighbors, and they top that off with guaranteeing all the debt the board can bury the HOA in with their personal bank account. HOAs are as obsolete as an eight-track tape but Overland Park just keeps on building them. It won't be long before you won't be able to give a home or condo away in Overland Park. Homeowners should read Neighbors At War by Ward Lucas. He spent forty years as an investigative television reporter, retired and exposed the dirty little nasty and corrupt secrets of the HOAs, Condo Associations, property managers, and tort attorneys. It's ugly but a MUST read.
