IS THERE ANY DOUBT THAT MAYOR SLY AND CITY HALL HAVE TOTALLY FLUBBED WINTER STREET PREP AND SNOW REMOVAL?!?!? WILL THIS NEAT NEW AND FREE LOGO MAKE UP FOR IT?!?!

Admittedly, the graphics are nice but they don't make up for overwhelming street cleaning failure that has resulted in multiple wrecks today over just a bit of cold weather sleet that could soon get worse.
