TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! SUPPORTERS OF FIREFIGHTER SHOT DEAD WARN OF LAWSUIT AGAINST KCPD!!!

The off-duty officer involved shooting death of a Kansas City firefighter has continued to send shockwaves throughout Kansas City.

Yesterday, the most BRILLIANT AND AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS offered the FIRST details of the devastating fight that led to the gunfire.

And now . . .

KICK-ASS KANSAS CITY INSIDERS REPORT FRUSTRATION FROM THE FAMILY OF THE FIREFIGHTER WHO WAS SHOT AND KILLED ALONG A WARNING OF A LAWSUIT AGAINST KCPD OVER THE SHOOTING DEATH!!!

More than just talk . . . Kansas City Insiders reveal the main argument of their complaints . . .

"As someone who has worked to develop police policy, here is what I've told the family and what they're moving on . . . It's part of department training for off-duty officers to call for back-up from ON-DUTY officers if they witness a crime that doesn't present an immediate threat to their safety or the safety of those around them. This training is emphasized for those officers doing security work. Chasing down a cab fare dispute wasn't worth someone getting shot and killed. The family of the shooting victims are all firefighters who are already arguing this point. They are outraged and this violation of police department training will be a major point in their complaints."

The father of the firefighter who was killed is a high ranking member of the KCFD and word from insiders is that he has already rallied support from extended family, co-workers and some union members. Remember that Fire Union Local 42 is one of the most powerful political lobbying groups in all of Kansas City.

Now . . .

SUPPORT FOR POLICE OFFICER JUSTIFIABLE SELF-DEFENSE HAS ALREADY TAKEN HOLD!!!

The main point . . .

TOP ECHELON INSIDERS SAY: "Whatever the argument is . . . In the end you're going to have a hard time getting people to feel sympathy for someone who was BRUTALLY BEAT a cop in uniform. In the final analysis . . . Elected officials, unions or even firefighters who want to remain in good standing can't support violence against police. Ultimately, any argument supporting the dead firefighter will fail because of his assault on an officer before his death and the subsequent shooting that most will see as self-defense."

Furthermore . . .

KANSAS CITY INSIDERS TELL US TO WATCH FOR A TOX SCREEN THAT MIGHT BE RELEASED TO THE PRESS THAT WILL SHOW THE DRUG/ALCOHOL LEVEL IN THE FIREFIGHTER'S SYSTEM DURING THE ALTERCATION!!!

This insider detail could erode the remaining support for the firefighter among locals who don't like to think about the reality of public servants and their stressful personal situations . . .

MAYOR SLY AND COUNCIL WILL TREAD CAREFULLY ON THIS ONE AND EXPECT ANY PRESSER TODAY TO BE MOSTLY FLUFF AND FOCUS ON CITY SOLIDARITY!!!

Mayor Sly's silence on the matter so far has been deafening so far.

FALLOUT AMONG KCPD VS. KCFD IS MORE SERIOUS THAN PEOPLE THINK IN THE AFTERMATH OF THIS SHOOTING AND COULD SPILLOVER TO THE LOCAL CONTROL DEBATE!!!

We're not just talking about necessary departmental cooperation . . . Look for high ranking political supporters from KCFD to take their complaints to the state and municipal level as well . . .

As always, we're simply reporting the facts shared with us by KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS . . . Draw your own conclusions . . .

Developing . . .

  15. Let them release one of many videos out there of how it went down and KCFD will beg the public for forgiveness!

  16. It wasn't about "cab fare". It was about cabby assault. AND resisting arrest. Get over it.

    ReplyDelete
  17. The police get paid to fight not to kill an unarmed civilian who most likely was drunk. Call for backup and get help don't kill.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @9:15 the argument was due to the cab driver attempting to rip him off. Something the KC cab community has been known to do.

    http://www.kshb.com/dpp/news/local_news/kansas-city-cracks-down-on-taxi-drivers-breaking-the-laws

The fight was due to the cab driver insulting his wife, by calling her a cunt. What would you do if a cab driver or anyone for that matter called your wife a cunt? Now, once to police got involved, it all should have came to a stop. There needs to be a 3rd party investigation. Not from KCPD, not from fat fuck TKC or any of his dip shit "tipsters" or posters.

  19. Where is the leadership on this issue? Where is Chief Forte'? When will the two chiefs speak about cooperation and calm? Where are the two unions and why haven't they weighed in? Someone has to step up and lead, this issue needs to be dealt with before it continues to grow. Shouldn't the mayor step up now?

    ReplyDelete
  20. The fire fighters union has weighed in.

    ReplyDelete
  21. What would you do if a cab driver or anyone for that matter called your wife a cunt?

    Probably not resort to assault.

    ReplyDelete
  22. So the guy severely injures a cop and they blame the cop for not having backup? I for one want cops to react to crime, not worry about some safety protocol. The calling for backup is to protect the cop, not the criminal.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Was this one of those Nigerian cab drivers?

    These fuckers totally lack tact.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I suspect we'll never never ever know the truth of what really happened.

  25. If you work for KCFD, shut it. It's people in these comments disgracing this department even more that don't help.

    ReplyDelete
  26. The KCFD union has alwasys been mobbed up. Bruno is one many behind scenes names of the union.

Bruno was evidently up to no good. Probably didn't deserve to die but if you are wailing on a cop or Zimmerman you are most likely going to get shot.

    Not rocket science here folks.

Quite a dilemna the Police Union versus the Fire Union.

The Fire Union has more friends in high and low places.

    ReplyDelete
  27. You don't kill an unarmed person not cool.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Again a ton of rocket scientists with opinion and little to no facts

    ReplyDelete
  29. If the "unarmed" person is breaking your ribs and physically damaging you with his FISTS OR FEET then you, even as a citizen, have a right to use deadly force if you believe in good faith that you need to do so to save your life or prevent life threatening injury.

This is not rocket science for either of you jagoffs 10:49 am and 10:54am it is the law.

    ReplyDelete
  30. So anytime you have a conflict with an officer he can use his position and gun to make the odds more in his favor. If he had to use his gun why did he chose a chest shot instead of a more slow down shot like they are taught .You can injury someone to slow them down not chose a chest shot. Killing an unarmed drunk person was not the answer.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Like they are taught…I don't think that they teach to wound…only shoot if you or another's life is in danger. Apparently this officer feared for his life.

    ReplyDelete
  35. 11:05 am...it is hard for me to assume you don't have a modicum of logic. However, I will endeaver to expand your horizon.

The officer had to definately stop the brutal beating to his person. He, unlike you sitting on your fat ass Monday morning quarterbacking, was on the receiving end in the moment.

The officer is trained to aim at center mass. I know you can not imagine being beaten and knowing center mass is your best shot when in the midst of getting your brains bashed, eye socket broken and ribs broken by a Mixed Martial Arts assailant.

Do you now think you might have a different and educated perspective to reassess the ignorant words you previously espoused???

    ReplyDelete
  36. @11:21, MMA fighter is news to those that knew the firefighter. Family and friends included.

    ReplyDelete
  37. 11:05 what in the HELL are you talking about?

police are NEVER taught to "shoot to wound" or "shoot to slow down".

officers are trained to shoot CENTER MASS. and more explicitly they are taught to shoot TWO to the chest ONE to the head (in case the suspect is wearing body armor).

the amount of people who act like they know what the fuck they are talking about when it comes to police tactics and procedures is just mind boggling.

this just in...tv shows and movies are not real. cops are not taught to shoot the guns out of bad guy's hands either.

    ReplyDelete
  38. 11:05 watches too many movies

    ReplyDelete
  39. There is something missing here. Cop in uniform. fireman is probably not. So cop went after a suspect who beat someone else up. Where was his wife? Why did he run? Why did he attack a uniformed police officer. Lawsuit is bunk

  40. 11:27 AM the MMA was on this blog in a previosly story.

If I am incorrect then a retraction on the MMA is in order.

  44. 11:58 AM...lemme body slam you, break your eye socket and break your ribs and keep beating you while you feel like you are going to be unconcious and you have a gun...

Now brainiac...tell us how you would resolve this while I am pounding you the living shit our of your sickening liberal ass.

Don't be shy ...we want to hear how you would talk me, the assailant beating the dog shit outta you, into stopping me from hurting you really bad.

Oh and brainiac remember you were not then officer getting beaten with a few seconds to make a decision on how to stop it.

    ReplyDelete
  45. officers are taught the most effective way to stop the threat in a life threatening situation. if that kills the suspect then so be it. his or her death will be the result of their own threatening and assaultive behavior.

and to the person who says shooting an unarmed person is always wrong, i guess no amount of logic will ever seep into that gelatinous brain of yours that a person can kill another person WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.

the fact that bruno had no weapon is irrelevant. his assault put the officer in reasonable fear for his life and the officer's injuries support that conclusion. the officer doesn't have to wait to be killed before he acts in self-defense; which is apparently the standard you desire.

    ReplyDelete

  46. It is sad, regretable and a tragic loss for a good family.

    Life is all about choices.

The controlling choice apart from running from the armed uniformed police officer was the decision to start beating up the armed policeman.

When any person flees an armed police officer and then makes a second choice to physically assualt the armed officer a predictable outcome is that of being shot. Depending on where the bullet(s) hit and how many bullets it is also predictable that you will die.

Bad choices can mean an early demise...just a fact of life.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Bruno was armed...with his fists. And he chose to use those fists as weapons and beat a uniformed officer severely, after Bruno assaulted a cab driver. It doesn't matter what words the cabbie did or did not use. Assault is still illegal.

9:56, it was not his wedding night. Bruno had been married a few weeks ago in Florida. This was the evening of his reception, I believe. And that doesn't matter nor does it change the fact that Bruno assaulted a cab driver, ran from a cop, assaulted the cop who was a 20-year veteran of the force, and beat him so severely he has a fractured skull, orbital and other facial bones, ribs, and will require surgery.

The officer was rightfully in fear of his life. He did what cops and others with gun training are taught to do: shoot at center mass. Not the hand or the leg...center mass.

Bruno set this situation in motion and was in charge of this situation. He controlled the outcome.

    ReplyDelete
  48. That pretty much sums it up. You can bet that if someone was thrashing me like that ,and I do ccw,I'd do my best to kill WHOEVER it was.I've been in quite a few fights. One time I almost had my eye popped out of my head BUT, guess what? I let the guy out of the choke hold ,I was trying to rip his head off, and he pulled his finger from my eye.
This Guy could have stopped what he was doing and still be alive today.
If I hadn't of let that guy go,I would have lost an eye. I don't see well out of it,but I still have it.

Not a fucking one of you saw the fight or the shoot, but near every fucking one of you has got somebody down as a complete fuck up. This is the kind of shit old gossiping ladies do. You people need to shut the fuck up.

God knows PD and FD will be spinning the shit out of their perspectives. Fact is there are some fine men and women on the PD and there are some fine folks at the FD. What facts we don't have is what the fuck went wrong that ended up with a cop in the hospital and a fireman dead.

In fact you state the fact that a cop is in the hospital and a fireman is dead.

We are safe in the fact that a cop shot a fireman.

Now the cop was justified or not justified. We don't have "facts" but we do have credible reports that the fireman was beating the cop.

The cop by the fact he is in the hospital was injured in the exchange with the fireman and in fact you called it a fight.

We know for a fact the injured cop shot the fireman with the credible report that he feared for his life.

Now shitferbrains we know what went on.

  59. What we have are a lot of speculative "tipsters" who feed Tony and he eats it up the way ducks eat white bread.

So I'll take my facts from legit sources this time around, thanks. When you run what is basically a scandal sheet that prints garbage, and a REAL scandal comes along it's tough to look authoritative.

No matter how many exclamation points you use, the result is still the same. The TKC Credibility Gap is a Grand Canyon today.

  61. 2:32 PM I do believe Tony got the skinny correct on this one.

He has been off on many but he is real close on this one.

What cop shoots a fireman for no reason. C'mon.

Your "legit sources" will vindicate Tony. Will you offer an apology then?

Oh..Tony's scandal sheet has partially nude chicks too. It is hard to defend Tony when he posts tweets from a turd like Alonzo.

    ReplyDelete
  62. As for all the comments about where the cop was supposed to shoot. Do you really think he had or was going to take the time to think about it. If he pulled his gun he knew he was in trouble and would likely be killed. He just shot to save his own life. Yes he was probably trained to shoot center mass......when you are in a life threatening situation training takes over. He did what instincts and training told him to do......Stay alive, go home tonight.

I have seen people coming on this blog trying to make folks think they might be public officials, in the know, or police officers or what ever. What I have not seen is a single witness statement from anyone witnessing or involved. Until I do I can not call a local news reported or blogger credible. If you do then I got a bridge to sell you.

    ReplyDelete
  70. 3:10 PM again shitferbrains the details are reported by KMBC just like Tony reported.

The fireman attacked the policeman who was doing his job then the fireman started beating the policeman and pinned him to the ground and stuck him multiple times which caused the policeman to legitimately fear for his life and he shot the fireman who beat him so bad he had to go to hospital with severe head injuries and will need surgery to repair facial injuries when the swelling goes down.

Now pull yer head outta yer dum fireman nass and do a little reading on what actually happened that caused a reportedly good fireman to die.

    ReplyDelete
  71. @4:10 Where dp you think KMBC got their info? From the fucking police press machine you moron. Did KMBC verify anything on their own? Fuck no! The problem is, Bruno committed assault and battery on the cab driver, so he was a threat to others, and possibly the cop. In the "insider's" own words, this cop followed procedure.

  82. Good thing we have a justice system to decide these things. For those who believe that an unarmed person isn't dangerous 5.8% of murders in 2011 were committed by suspects using their hands, fists, or feet to kill the victim (sourcebook of CJ stats, Albany.edu). A small percentage compared to those killed with guns/knives but those victims are still very much dead.
