COULD THE RIFF RAFF KANSAS CITY VISIT SIGNAL A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR KANSAS CITY HIP-HOP?!?!
Like it or not, in 2013 the Mayor's son and some white rapper known for his rhymes about pancake flipping dominated the local rap scene on the start-up level.
In better news . . . Tech N9ne continues to be Kansas City's hip-hop signature artist and has now achieved mogul status.
Now we look toward the future and find rising star artists making this town a stop on their upward trajectory. Kansas City rappers and could capitalize on these important connections instead of just grinding out Internets tracks.
We'll see . . .
