Newspaper: Kansas City will appeal red-light camera ruling


They'll be asking for advice on how to run red light camera that have CONSISTENTLY BEEN STRUCK DOWN but remain the best way to tax people with heavy feet.

  10. The red light camera at westbound Vivion and North oak is designed to catch you off guard. Gauranteed if you are the third car goin through the intersection, you will recieve one of these illegal tickets.. I hope there is an attorney with enough balls to take a class action SURE THING law suit against the city, and show these bozo's (council) you just don't make up rules. especially if your a dumbass..Cmon people ... sue the crap out of these guys. Get a good class-action lawyer, and get some of your money back.
