"This graduating class has the highest percentage of females that anyone on the department can recall. Nearly a third – 10 out of the 31 – are women. Women bring unique strengths and perspectives that can be lacking in the male-dominated field of law enforcement, and I’m happy to see them filling our ranks."
Once again, diversity is an important goal and making the police force more inclusive not only benefits all of Kansas City but offers incentive for crooks to keep their composure given that nobody wants to get beat up by a lady before getting sent off to jail . . .

ReplyDeleteThe dept needs more uniformed pussy, only 5 in 5 will be available for KCFD FF's, but we (KCFD) welcome the the new snatch opportunities, Just dont tell our wives!!!. We hate women in our stations but we love head!! And since many of the women that work here have class and respect themselves, its not as easy as one might think.

Some jobs are better suited for men, some for women. Different sexes have strengths in a general sense, that the other doesn't. There are individuals who fall outside these generalities, but that still doesn't imply that certain occupations favor one sex over the other.
ReplyDeleteI.don't know why it's hard for people to understand this and embrace it. It's okay to have jobs that are predominantly male or predominately female.
Ain't it funny how females and black folks talk about not wanting to be judged by color or gender, yet they are the first to point this out.

ReplyDeleteLike it or not men and women are not equal. We are different and have a different make up. Generally men are physically stronger and more aggressive. I have seen female cops who have been nearly beaten to death. I'm sure that some females believe they can reason with people better, but the truth is that some people can not be reasoned with. During one active shooter incident in KC the female officer hid and did not engage the suspect putting other offers st risk.
