Did you see last week where Kansas lawmakers now get tested too? Problem is if they fail it is anonymous and there is no avenue for punishment. In other words they created laws to get around the laws themselves. Fucking bastards. And no, I'm not on welfare, nor do I use drugs. I'm all for recipients getting tested so long as the same laws apply to state employees as well.
