Is this place contracted out by the state and a for-profit center? If so, then you have your answer as to why she's there. And you need to take a look at the judge who sent her there.
ReplyDeleteEven a place that is locked down needs doors open occasionally. Eventually someone can follow someone else out the door and everyone else will assume they are together. And the person that was followed won't pay attention as to who came through the door with them. This is pure conjecture.
