No minority clauses? minority clauses are bullshit. I am a small contractor, no one garantees me work. My son lives at 47 and Troost, the 47th street project is minority run and is the biggest fucked up mess in the city. Check out the crappy paving, unfinished walks and the lampposts in the middle of the sidewalk! The concrete work is substandard, poor edges and crummy finish. if that kind of crappy work was done in OP it would be torn out.
