She's kinda like the 5th member of the Beatles or the unsung operative of the Jackson County Girl Power Crew that includes Legislator Theresa Garza Ruiz, Crystal Williams and now prosecutor Mean Jean Peters Baker on her Maryville crusade amid rampant local crime.

The bigger picture that's pretty much indisputable is that amid harsh times for most County workers and continued cutbacks: The County Exec is making another clearly political hire.
Still, there's no word if this will buy The County Exec any goodwill among potential lady challengers that are already starting to line up should Question 1 fail to pass.
