But hey they stopped Walmart so all is good in Waldo and fuck the street car cause we have more bars than grocery stores.
ReplyDeleteThe City staff has received direction to develop street car plans that PRESERVE the Wiggins bike and walking trail. No plans will move to council that do not include preserving that trail.

All this toy train crap proves is that KC is another one of those half dead Midwest towns that still thinks it is some kind of major metroplex. The last time this town was any of that the mob was running things and providing most of the viable entertainment. Can't we all just go back to sleep?

ReplyDeleteYou're probably right, but i, imagine how much taxpayer money all the consultants, facilitators, contractors, meeting planners, organizers, pr flacks, and who knows who else can burn through before it becomes clear that this is a charade and a fiasco?
And does anyone know HOW MUCH MONEY has been spent so far? Besides the $14 million for streetcars that no one knows where the money is coming from, I mean.
