TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! COUNTING COSTLY MISTAKES FOR JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR MEAN JEAN PETERS BAKER AMID MARYVILLE CRUSADE!!!
While Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker is working on #JusticeForDaisy in Maryville . . . It's important to tally some of the most costly mistakes made in her office this year.
To wit . . .
THE MOST KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS OFFER MORE DETAIL OF TAXPAYER CASH FROM THE GENERAL FUND SPENT ON LAWSUITS IN THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE!!!
First, let's remember the AWESOME TKC TIPSTER story that started it all. . .
"A RESOLUTION transferring $130,000.00 within the 2013 General Fund for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to cover the costs of outside attorneys' fees related to personnel matters."
Even better . . .
TAKE A LOOK AT THE COST BREAKDOWN OF THIS JAXCO GENERAL FUND CASH!!!
Here's part of an e-mail that has been floating around cowtown legal and newsie circles in Kansas City proper . ..
Records of attorneys’ fees related to the employment of and discharge of Bryan Krantz, David Mitchell and Jim Klobnak from May 6, 2011 to the present, the amounts that have been paid are as follows:
- Bryan Krantz - $43,783.50
- David Mitchell - $36,982.00
- Jim Klobnak - $113,614.75
#############
And so, problems in Mean Jean's office are adding up to quite an impressive bill that will burden Jackson County taxpayers. Meanwhile, our prosecutor seems more interested in the mainstream media spotlight rather than mounting costs and turmoil in her own office.
Developing . . .
CNN should throw some local questions too or else they won't get their free mask.
ReplyDeleteLook at the lawsuits Sanders has payed out one was over 200000 alone. It's all in the record.
ReplyDeleteBoring
ReplyDeleteJust wait until a jury hammers mean jean with multi million dollar verdicts. She is a really bad administrator, but what did you really expect from a Sanders appointment?
ReplyDeleteHow many attorneys work in the County Counselor's office? Does anyone know why they hire outside lawyers?
ReplyDeleteSorry to be underwhelmed by this story, but as long as our U.S. Congressman Cleaver remains in office then the clear message to area officeholders is ANYTHING GOES!!
ReplyDeleteYou are not responsible,
you cannot be held accountable,
you are free to go about your corrupt ways as you will.
So we have to deal with a Mean Jean Peters piece everyday now for the foreseeable future?
ReplyDeleteThey are just helping people out of their money.
ReplyDeleteJim Klobnak was the Local 42 Union steward who could not produce evidence of having done legal work for at least ten years. The crime her is that tax payers paid him anything, not that he was shown the door.
ReplyDeleteIf you are too scared of Local 42 to state the obvious about Jim Klobnak, you should hang them up Tony.
local 42 can suck my dick
ReplyDeleteI bet Jean is terrible in bed. Just goes through the motions and thinks about other things.
ReplyDeleteouch!
ReplyDeleteI'd bet ole Jean has a bush on her, you could hide three coveys in.....
ReplyDeleteI'd bet Jean's got some MAJOR poon stench up in it.
ReplyDeleteStupid comments. Is anybody going to do something about all of the money they're wasting @ Jackson County?
ReplyDeleteStupid comments yes, but is anyone going to do something about all the money they're wasting at Jackson County?? The answer is the same as always, fuck no!!! Kinda like that stupid assed "Toy Train" shit...
ReplyDeleteKlobnack was total dead wood. Mean jean was just too stupid to prune it from the county the right way.
ReplyDeleteSomeone should check out Doc Netterville attorney for Board of equalization forJackson Couny three private lawsuits, kansas suspended his drivers license for failure to appear on illegally license d auto speeding and no insurance , several bar complaints and now he has filed chspter 13, Mike Sanders us so proud
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone else find it interesting that they chose the Jackson County prosecutor to look into this rape case, but Jackson County won't even prosecute their own criminals. If I were either of the two suspects, I wouldn't be too worried about getting two years probation. What a joke.
ReplyDeleteThis gratuitous bullshit "special prosecutor" thing will blow straight up in her face election time. As will many, many other things, like the judgments or settlements she will be liable for. She will have an opponent next election, guaranteed. Couldn't have picked a worse one, Mike.
ReplyDeleteJean did what she needed and promised to do- clean up the office. David Mitchell was the WORST prosecutor but because he was black, no one else had the guts to fire him. The guy literally fabricated evidence in a case that the state had to eventually dismiss because of his conduct. He was the most unethical and lazy prosecutor I've ever run across in almost 30 years of practicing law and that is really saying something. He not only caused people to go free that otherwise would be punished but is now milking the tax payers to pay for his lazy no good firing because no one else will hire him. I wouldn't hire David Mitchell to fix a ticket. Hell, I wouldn't hire him to walk my dog.. He'd find a way to fuck that up somehow too. Not even to pick up my dog's shit. David Mitchell is shit. Period. Good riddance, Jean made the right decision in firing his ass.
ReplyDeleteWas sorry to hear she was appointed special pros. Glad one was appointed but she isn't competent enough to SF o JaCo work let alone this very important case. Fail.
ReplyDeleteWho was the elected prosecutor who hired Mitchell? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteI really believe it's George Bush's fault.
ReplyDeleteYou show up and try and do a good job and fire a few turd lawyers and look what it gets ya.
ReplyDeleteTony are you totally stupid ? Mean Jean is not going to file charges up in Maryville. Why would she ? Why would a Kansas City prosecutor go up to Maryvillle, a Republican stronghold, and file charges in a case she could not win ? Not going to happen !
